Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Google makes the decision. What we can say is that most suspensions have a specific, fixable cause, and a properly evidenced request has a far better chance than a second-hand template.
Why was I suspended?
The commonest causes are a business name with extra keywords, an address that isn't a staffed premises, a category that doesn't match what's at the address, and recent changes to core details.
Should I just make a new profile?
No. Creating a new profile while suspended usually gets both suspended and makes reinstatement harder.
What if it was refused before?
