How long does cleanup take?
Two to four weeks. Some directories update instantly; some aggregators take a fortnight to push changes out.
Can you remove a listing completely?
Usually yes, either by claiming and deleting it or by requesting removal. A few directories will only correct rather than delete.
I moved a year ago and rankings dropped. Is this why?
Very possibly. A move without a cleanup is one of the commonest causes of a sudden map-pack drop.
Is this included in the packages?
The Growth and Multi-location packages include it in month one. Starter includes new citations but not a full cleanup.
