The terms on which we provide audits, services and introductions to partners.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information about local search marketing and our services. It isn't advice about your specific situation, and prices shown are national mid-points or regional estimates ex VAT unless a quote says otherwise. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date but we don't guarantee it.
Free audits and the instant scan
The free audit and the instant website scan are provided free of charge and without obligation. They rely on public data and automated tools, and the results are indicative. We may decline to provide a free audit where the request doesn't relate to a genuine UK business.
Paid services
Paid work is provided under a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timescale and payment terms. Those terms take precedence over anything on this site. One-off services are invoiced on completion unless agreed otherwise. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
No ranking guarantees
Search engines decide rankings, not us. We don't guarantee any particular position in Google's map pack or organic results, and any statement about typical timescales is an estimate based on past work, not a promise.
Your accounts stay yours
Google Business Profiles, websites, analytics accounts and advertising accounts set up or managed for you remain your property. We work as a manager or user on them and you can remove our access at any time. We will never create a duplicate profile for your business.
Partner introductions
Where you consent, we may introduce your enquiry to an independent local SEO partner. Any contract for work is then between you and that partner, on their terms. We vet partners before introducing them but we are not responsible for their work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability to you in connection with this website or a free audit is limited to £100, and in connection with paid services to the fees paid for the service concerned in the preceding three months.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
